Spirited Away ~ Public Opinion
A Rotten Tomato critic had said, "Artful but not arty, Spirited Away is a handcrafted cartoon, as personal as an Utamaro painting, yet its breadth and heart give it an appeal that should touch American viewers of all ages." Many people have said similar things on how this movie is very interesting and magical to them. Some them also had said that it has important themes and ideas incorporated into the movie. Others have said that it is very vivid and imaginative, and genuinely inspiring. One person said that it is very bizarre like "Alice In Wonderland", but it is very enchanting and is not surprising how it is very popular. Many fans from Japan and other parts of the world love this movie and other movies made by Studio Ghibli.
Although most people have said they liked the movie, others don't. One said it was the most boring movie they have ever seen. Another person just said "meh, not that good", and wrote a whole essay on how bad it is. He said that the main character is fairly annoying and not fun to watch. Although at the end they said that it is very good, imagination wise, but the storytelling isn't that good. One of them says that the characters are boring and aren't interesting at all. But those are their opinions, I mean they are wrong opinions, but still opinions.
